Induction ranges are well suited for cooking with a wok. They have great temperature control, which is important for optimal results. When choosing a wok for the induction unit, be sure to look for one that has a flat bottom and will attract a magnet. If you cannot test it, speak with the manufacturer of the wok to see if it has been tested with induction.
