Popcorn Pad Timed for JVM1339/1340/1341 Series

Press the Popcorn pad to select the correct bag size. Press once for the 3.5 ounce, twice for the 3 ounces, and three times for the 1.75 ounces bag. The oven starts immediately with the first press.

If scorching of kernels occurs when using the timed popcorn function, it can easily be adjusted by using the preference control.

Preference Control: If a particular brand of popcorn either under pops or overcooks consistently, you can add or subtract 20-30 seconds to the automatic popping time.

• To subtract time, after selecting the bag size, press 1 to reduce the cooking time by 20 seconds. Press 1 again for another 10 seconds. The total cooking time is therefore reduced by 30 seconds.
• To add time, after selecting the bag size, press 9 for an extra 20 seconds. Press 9 again to add another 10 seconds. The total cooking time is therefore increased by 30 seconds.
