Refrigerator - Manual Defrost Too Cold

If the food in a manual defrost refrigerator is freezing, check the chiller tray making sure that the baffle is in the "out" position, and adjust the temperature control to a lower setting.

Note: If the food temperature is in the acceptable range, but it would be preferred to have it warmer, adjust the fresh food control to a lower number.
