Many Ranges and Wall Ovens offer a Convection Bake or Convection Roast feature. The Convection Bake or Convection Roast feature can be used to cook a turkey. Please use the following guidelines when cooking a turkey in a Convection Oven.Time and Temperature

Cooking Tips
- Stuffed birds generally require 30-45 minutes of additional roasting time.
- Shield the legs and breast with foil to prevent over browning and drying of the skin.
- When using a temperature probe for roasting, place the probe in the thigh of the bird.
