Range & Wall Oven - Oven Calibration - Controls with Up and Down Pads
If your Gas or Electric Range or Wall Oven oven temperature does not match your expectations, you can calibrate (adjust) the oven temperature. The steps for calibrating (adjusting) the oven temperature depend upon the type of oven controls on the model you own. The following steps are used for oven controls that feature the Up and Down or + and - buttons on the control panel.
PLEASE NOTE: The style or design of the oven control panel can vary while still having + and - buttons on the control panel. We are providing instructions for both styles of oven control panels below. Please follow the instructions which look like your oven control panel in the video.
Calibrating the Oven Temperature

For models with Up and Down arrows or + and - pads, do the following:
Press the BAKE and BROIL HI/LO pads at the same time for 2 seconds until the display shows SF.
Press the BAKE pad. A two digit number shows in the display. The oven temperature can be adjusted up to (+) 35° Fahrenheit hotter or (–) 35° Fahrenheit cooler.
Press the Up arrow or the + pad to increase the temperature in 1 degree increments.
Press the Down arrow or the – pad to decrease the temperature in 1 degree increments.
When you have made the adjustment, press the START pad to go back to the time of day display. Use your oven as you normally would.

For models with + and - pads, do the following:
You will need to enter the Settings menu. To do this, press and hold the Bake and Broil pads simultaneously for 3 seconds, you will see OFSt in the display.
Press the Start button to select the setting. The setting defaults to 0 (zero) degrees F.
Use the + or - keypad to adjust the temperature up or down in 1 degree increments. The oven temperature can be adjusted up to (+) 35° Fahrenheit hotter or (–) 35° Fahrenheit cooler.
To save the temperature adjustment, simply press the Start button.
To exit the Settings menu, press the Cancel button.
Oven Calibration Tips
This adjustment will not affect the broiling or self-cleaning temperatures.
It will be retained in memory after a power failure.
If your food is undercooked, you will want to increase (+) the oven temperature.
If your food is overcooked, you will want to decrease (-) the oven temperature.
We recommend for best food results, make small temperature adjustments to test your oven for optimal performance.
