Gas Ranges - Warm To The Touch on Standing Pilot Models

If you have a gas range with a standing pilot light, the pilot light will keep the oven and storage/broiler drawer slightly warm at all times. This is normal.

Note: It is not normal for the racks and cookware in these areas to be "hot" to the touch.
