Getting a Dent in the Refrigerator Case

Dents in the exterior of the case cannot be repaired, since the case sides cannot be removed to fix the dents or replace the panel. If this is a new installation, we recommend contacting your dealer or builder. If a dent is noticed in the new appliance, it may have occurred during transport or installation. The dealer or builder might exchange the appliance or offer a damage allowance.

The dent in a refrigerator door is typically not repairable. However, the outer part of a refrigerator door is usually available as an assembly. The outer door assembly can be replaced, but this is usually an expensive repair.
