Downdraft Vent Hood Will Not Raise or Lower, Switch is Missing or Not Working

Your hood is shipped with a remote raise/lower kit. This kit must be installed before the hood can be raised or lowered.  The installation instructions that come with the downdraft provide a step-by-step explanation on how to install the kit. If the raise and lower button is missing or not functioning, you can purchase these parts through our Parts Center at 1.800.626.2002 or purchase a part or accessory online.
