Over-the-Range Microwave Installation Kit for 15" Deep Cabinets

Microwaves should be installed in a 12"-13" deep cabinet. In order to install an over-the-range microwave under a deeper cabinet (14",15", or 16") deep cabinet, a Bump Out Kit is required. The Bump Out Kit is a wall bracket that extends the unit forward by 3".

• JX15BUMPBB - Black (Use for Black and Stainless models)
• JX15BUMPWW - White

 

Approximate dimensions of JX15BUMP are 30" W x 16.25" H x 3" D.

If venting out the rear, an adapter that extends from back of the OTR to the vent area in the wall is needed.  These adapters are available through hardware/home improvement stores but there will be some manual work involved in order to connect it properly.
