Dishwashing Items with Non-Stick Coating

Teflon and other non-stick coated items can usually be washed in the dishwasher. After washing, wipe the non-stick area with vegetable oil to retain its no-stick properties. If there is any question about dishwashing something with a non-stick coating, check with the manufacturer of the cookware.
