Ranges and Wall Ovens come with an initial manufacturer's warranty. This basic warranty statement helps to explain the initial manufacturer's warranty coverage.

 

Understanding the Initial Manufacturer's Warranty for a Range or Wall Oven

We will send service at no charge for any manufacturing defect or malfunction of the appliance, as specified in the warranty.

 

Questions about the operation of the appliance, how it works, or issues related to the installation of the appliance are usually handled over the telephone. A technician will come to the home to assist with this type of information; however, it is not covered under the warranty, and there will be a service charge.

 

Examples of other areas that are not covered by the warranty are as follows:

 
  • Replacing the oven light, except on most Monogram models.
  • Damage to the product by the use of cleaners other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Using the incorrect cookware.
  • Problems caused by the misuse of the appliance.
