Water Softener - Manual Recharge

There are times you may need to manually start the recharge. For example:

• You have used more water than usual because of houseguests, large laundry day, etc. and therefore may run out of soft water before the next recharge.
• The system ran out of salt.

Use one of the following recharge features if you need to recharge manually:

• Recharge Tonight: A recharge will occur at the next pre-set recharge start time.
• Recharge Now: The water softener will immediately begin to recharge. In approximately 2 hours you will have a new supply of soft water. During recharge the softener goes into an automatic bypass. Although you will not have soft water during this time, hard water will be available.
