Range & Wall Oven - Analog Clock and Timer with Knob
There was a time when many ranges and wall ovens featured an analog clock and timer with a knob. This feature is seldom seen on current ranges and wall ovens.
Using the Analog Clock and Timer With a Knob
On ranges and wall ovens with an analog clock, the Minute Timer has been combined with the range clock. You'll recognize the Minute Timer as the pointer that is different in color and shape than the clock hands.
Setting the Minute Timer
- Turn the center knob until the pointer reaches the number of minutes you wish to time. Do not push the knob in when turning.
- At the end of the set time, a buzzer sounds to tell you the time is up.
- Turn the knob without pushing in until the pointer reaches the OFF position.
Note: Minutes are marked up to 60 minutes in the center ring on the clock.
Setting the Clock
- Push the center knob in and turn the clock hands to the correct time.
- If the Minute Timer pointer should move also, pull the knob out and turn the Timer pointer to OFF.
