Water Softener - No Display

In normal conditions, the control should show the correct time of day. If the control is not displaying time of day, check for the following problems:

• The power cord may not have been installed correctly during the installation phase. If this is the case, follow the Installation Instructions in the Owner's Manual that came with the unit. This will take about 15 minutes to install, or you may call your installer. Download a copy of the Owner's Manual
• Make sure that the power cord (24 volt transformer) is plugged into wall outlet.
• Make sure that the outlet is active. Test the outlet by plugging in a lamp or other electrical unit.
• The outlet may be connected to a wall switch. If so, the wall switch must be always in an ON position.
• Check the house fuse or circuit breaker. If the outlet is not getting any power but the fuse/circuit breaker is good, call an electrician.
