No Lights - GXRM10, PNRQ15, PXRQ15Proper operation: The filter light is a reminder light and will not come on until 6 months has elapsed.Filter Light does not come on at 6 months:Check to see if battery was installed upside down. If this is done, lights will not work, and battery will be discharged.Purchase new battery and install "+"side down. Details are in Owners Manual

 

No Lights - PNRQ20Proper operation: OK light will flash 1 per second when dispensing water.Filter Light does not flash:Check to see if battery was installed upside down. If this is done, lights will not work, and battery may discharge.If identified within a few days, reinstall battery "+"side down. Battery will reenergize. If this does not work - purchase new battery and install "+"side down. Details are in Owners Manual

 

No Light comes on when water is being dispensed:                                                                                                Make sure batteries are good. They should be changed every six (6) months.  Batteries are located in electronic module. Also lights may not work when storage tank is almost empty. Fill tank and then recheck light operation.
