Reversing the Door Swing on Refrigerators

Reversing the door handles or door swing on a refrigerator is considered part of the installation process and is not covered under warranty. For instructions on reversing the door handles and the door swing please consult the Owner's Manual. Download a copy of the Owners Manual

• Some Top Freezer models are shipped from the factory without the door handles attached to prevent damage during shipping. They are packaged inside the refrigerator, and can be easily attached by you or your installer. Installation of these handles is not covered under warranty.
• Unless otherwise noted in model specifications, Top Freezer and Bottom Freezer refrigerators will ship from the factory with right hand door swing. For definitions of door swings, see Refrigerator Definitions of a Right and Left Hand Door.
