GE Appliances is happy to send out service at no charge for any manufacturing defect or malfunction of your appliance, as specified in your warranty.  Questions about the operation of your appliance, how your appliance works, or issues related to the installation of your appliance can be handled over the phone. If you would like for a technician to come to your home to help you with this type of information, they will be happy to, but this service trip is not covered under the warranty, and there will be a charge.
