Electric Cooktop - Stuck in Demo Mode

If an electric cooktop is installed with 240v electrical service but is stuck in "Demo Mode," this may due to low voltage in the house. When the voltage coming out of the wall is below a certain threshold, the cooktop’s main board determines the unit is connected to 120V and switches the unit to DEMO mode.Trip the circuit breaker for the cooktop for 1 minute.
