Tips for opening the detergent cup on dishwashers with electronic controls:

• Detergent cup with a slide cover: Press the colored latch on the side of the detergent cup.

• Detergent cup with flip cover: Press the latch at the front of the detergent cup.

Detergent Cup Did Not Open

• If using tablets or pods, make sure they are not binding the cup cover and preventing it from opening. Make sure they are properly lined up in the opening.

• Check for obstructions. Dishes must be loaded so that they do not block the detergent cup from opening. Make sure pot handles and long handled utensils are not touching or blocking the detergent cup.
