Gas Range - Benefit of Waist-High Broiler

The waist-high broiler provides easy, no-stoop broiling, as well as additional heat for the self-cleaning cycle.  Models featuring self-cleaning ovens also feature waist-high broiling. The broiling burner is located along the oven ceiling, similar to a broiler in an electric range.
