Microwave - Unable to Change Power Level

Most Microwave models offer the option to change the Power Level. If the Microwave will not accept an input on the touch pad or an error is displayed while trying to change the Power Level setting, you may not be following the correct sequence of selections to change the Power Level.

Changing the Power Level

Provided below are the most common steps to follow in order to change the Power Level on a Microwave. Please try the following:

1. Press the TIME COOK or COOK TIME pad.
2. Enter the time in minutes and seconds.
3. Press the POWER LEVEL pad.
4. Enter the desired power level. (1 through 10 on most models.)
5. Press the START or START/ENTER pad.

Following this process should enable you to successfully change the Power Level on your Microwave.
