Cookware - Shiny Aluminum/Dark Matte

The type of cookware and bake ware used in the oven comes down to personal preference. Both types (shiny aluminum and dark matte) will work well for roasting, baking, broiling, etc.

 

Shiny Aluminum Cookware:

 

The shiny cookware/bake ware is best for baking cookies, cakes, etc. Some darker, matte bake ware can give good results too.

 

Dark Matte Cookware:

 

Dark matte cookware/bake ware is best when broiling or roasting foods (such as meats and fish) because it allows for darker browning and searing.
