The Turbo Cooker ™ pan is touted as a "remarkable 3-in-1 Cooking System that allows the user to steam, fry, boil, bake, braise and stew without oil." We have not tested this product with our appliances.  Please consult the manufacturer of this product and/or the owner's manual for complete details on approved applications.
