Microwave SmartRack

The Smart Rack (found on the JE1390 convection microwave):

• Tiered rack - Consists of a short shelf and tall shelf used during convection baking and/or combination cooking.
•  
  • Short shelf: Use when convection baking a single food product (i.e.: loaf of bread, bundt cake, pizza, etc) or combination cooking a single food product. This shelf allows for air circulation around the food product to obtain the proper baking/browning.Do not use the short shelf during microwave cooking. for best results in microwave cooking, set the food product directly on the turntable.
  • Tall shelf: use when multiple convection baking. The tall shelf is designed to be used with the short shelf when multiple baking (ie: a 2-layer cake, one layer on each shelf). Do not use the tall shelf during combination cooking or microwave cooking.
• For best results in combination cooking, use the short shelf.
• For best results in microwave cooking, set the food product directly on the turntable.
