This Accessory is No Longer Available (NLA)The Monogram Wok was 22" in diameter and was fashioned from high-carbon steel, the choice of professional chefs. The wok also featured an aluminum lid with wooden handle supported by a stainless steel ring that locks into place on the burner grate. This accessory was approved for use on professional ranges and cooktops only.If you need to re-season the wok, use the following steps:  

  1. Clean the wok thoroughly with hot soapy water.

  2. Rinse it with a mixture of 1 quart water and 1 cup of white vinegar.

  3. Pour 1-2 teaspoons of vegetable oil into the wok and rub oil over the entire surface.

  4. Put the wok on a burner and heat it on medium heat until the oil begins to smoke.

  5. Allow the wok to cool and repeat steps 3-4 one more time.

  6. After cooling the second time, apply a thin coat of oil. The wok is now seasoned.
