What Service Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover appearance items such as dents, scratches, trim, painted/porcelain finishes and non-operational defects.  It does not cover the failure of your major appliance if it is damaged while in your possession, used for commercial purposes, or if the failure is caused by unreasonable use including failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance.  

 

If you schedule a service call on an in-warranty appliance and the call results in a technician explaining the operation of the appliance, you will be responsible for the cost of the service call. Service trips to the home to provide assistance in the operation of an appliance is not covered under the terms of the warranty of your appliance.

 

Use and Care instructions are provided and we will be happy to help clarify any questions you have as to the operation of your product. If you believe an installation problem exists, this is not covered under the product warranty, and is the responsibility of the installer (either the dealer or an independent installer). You are responsible for providing adequate electric, gas, exhausting and other connecting facilities. Download your Owner's Manual and/or Installation Instructions.
