GeoSpring Pro vs Retail (2012 -2017 Models)

The GE branded GeoSpring hybrid heat pump water heaters were manufactured between 2012 and 2017. We had two versions:

Pro Vs Retail Series

The Pro series GeoSpring heaters, models GEH50DEEJSC and GEH80DEEJSC, were available only to plumbing professionals through a local distributor. They had three distinctive features not available on the Retail series, models GEH50DFEJSR and GEH80DFEJSR: Higher efficiency (better EF) by design, anode rod sensor, and a full flow straight port ball drain valve.
