Stains Under Refrigerator

Vinyl floors can be susceptible to discoloring, even under low heat conditions like heat from refrigerator compressors. Over a long period of time any compressor can discolor a vinyl floor.

 

Leaky drip pans and spills can also account for stains under a refrigerator. There is no fire danger and no repair for a stained floor from compressor heat. It is a common occurrence, regardless of brand.
