Refrigerator - Keurig® Brewing System High Altitude Message

When you first install a refrigerator with the Keurig® K-Cup Brewing System, you will be prompted to enter in the control whether you are in a high altitude area (above 5000 ft.). Be sure to set the control properly, since the brewing system adjusts based on this setting.

 

• If you are in a High Altitude area and the system is set to Low Altitude, your beverage may be too cold once it has brewed.

• If you are in a Low Altitude area and the system is set to High Altitude, your brewer may start blowing hot air.

 

You can find and change your altitude settings by pressing Settings on your display. You will see Altitude as one of the choices.
