Refrigerator - Keurig® Brewing System Blowing Hot Air / Steam

When you first install a refrigerator with the Keurig® K-Cup Brewing System, you will be prompted to enter in the control whether you are in a high altitude area (above 5000 ft). Be sure to say "No" if you are in a lower altitude, since the brewing system adjusts based on this setting.

If your brewer starts to blow out hot air or steam during the heating process, it is because you are in a low altitude area but the system is set for high altitude. Change your altitude setting by pressing Settings on your display. You will see "High Altitude above 5000 Feet" as one of the choices. Be sure to select "High Altitude above 5000 Feet - No".
