Refrigerator - Climate Control Drawer

On 42" and 48" built-in SxS refrigerators with this feature, the Climate Control Drawer can be used to store items at their optimum temperatures.

The Climate Control feature is a system of dampers, a fan, a temperature thermistor, and a heater that is used to maintain the set temperature. The drawer is tightly sealed to prevent the drawer’s temperature from causing temperature fluctuations in the rest of the refrigerator.

• Select Temp: Use this feature to store items at their optimum temperatures.
• • Citrus Setting (39 - 47 degrees F)
  • Produce Setting (31 - 38 degrees F)
  • Meat Setting (27 - 37 degrees F)
• By turning the controls on the Climate Control drawer off (no light will be on), the drawer can be used as a standard sealed produce pan.

The drawer also has a Control Lock pad to allow you to lock the temperature controls so the settings are not accidentally changed. For more information, please see the owner's manual for your specific model.
