Advantium - Warming
Advantium ovens offer a Warm feature. The Warm feature will keep hot, cooked foods at serving temperature. Always start with hot food when using this feature, and make sure the cookware and utensils can withstand temperatures up to 230° Fahrenheit.
Using the Advantium Oven Warming Feature
Place the food or any oven-safe cookware directly on the metal tray or place cookware on the wire oven rack. Do not use the glass or white ceramic tray, as it could crack.
The Owner's Manual covers the proper steps for setting the Warm feature as well as cookware to use in your Advantium oven in detail.
Caution: The oven and door will get very hot when speedcooking, convection baking, broiling, warming or toasting. Cookware will become hot. Oven mitts will be needed to handle the cookware.
