Top Load Washer - Dispenser Drawer Open

The detergent dispenser drawer should remain closed at the end of a wash cycle. If the drawer is found open at the end of the cycle, the drawer may not have been fully pushed back in place and had worked its way out.

To prevent this from happening, please check the following situations.

• Make sure the drawer is fully pushed in after adding detergent / softener to ensure it is snapped back in place. It takes just a small amount of force to snap the drawer fully into place in order to engage the locking feature.
• Make sure the washer is level to the floor.
