GE Appliance - How to Update Service Appointment Information Online

There may be an occasion when you need to update some information for a service appointment scheduled with Bodewell. This can easily be done on our website.

Updating Service Appointment Information with GE Appliances Online

To update a service appointment scheduled with Bodewell, please review the instructions provided below.

1. Go to our Service & Repair Webpage and click on Look Up an Appointment.
2. Under Look Up an Appointment, input the Confirmation Number and Last Name, then click Submit.
3. Click Edit Product Information or Edit Contact Information for whichever needs updating.
   • For Edit Product Information: 'Nature of Problem' and Zip Code cannot be updated.
   • For Edit Contact Information: 'First Name', 'Last Name', and 'Primary Phone' cannot be updated.
4. Once complete, click Submit Changes and/or Save Changes.
