GE Appliance Service - How to 'Update an Appointment' Online

To update a service appointment scheduled with GE Appliances Factory Service: 

1. Go to Update an Appointment online.
2. Under Update an Appointment, input the Confirmation Number and Last Name then click Submit.
3. Click Edit Product Information or Edit Contact Information for whichever needs updating.
   • For Edit Product Information: 'Nature of Problem' and Zip Code cannot be updated.
   • For Edit Contact Information: 'First Name', 'Last Name', and 'Primary Phone' cannot be updated.
4. Once complete, click Submit Changes and/or Save Changes.
