Top Load Washer - Change Load Size / Water Level

The Load Size / Water Level can be increased after pressing the start button on 2015 and newer Top Load washer models with a Deep Fill or Load Size / Water Level option.

Changing the Load Size / Water Level on a Top Load Washer

• For models equipped with the Deep Fill option, pressing the button any time before the end of the wash phase will add more water.
• Similarly, for models equipped with selectable Load Size levels such as Small, Medium, Large, and Super, selecting a larger water level will add more water.

Note: If the Load Size selection is moved from a larger level to a smaller level, for example from Super to Small, the washer will not drain out water during the wash phase; it will continue to wash with the larger amount of water.
