Bottom Freezer Refrigerator - Freezer Drawer Opens at an Angle

When pulling the freezer drawer out from either the left or the right side, the drawer will open at an angle. When pulling it open from the middle, it will open straight out rather than at an angle. This is normal. We have given flexibility to the door in order to ensure we get an optimum door seal. While we suggest pulling from the center, pulling from the outside does not hurt the reliability of the door.
