Advantium Interior Damaged
If the interior is damaged or scratched anywhere inside the oven cavity (including under the turntable) or door, discontinue the use of the Advantium and replace it. In the event of a hole in the interior, the damage is non-repairable and you should discontinue use of the product.
Arcing can occur during both speedcook and microwave cooking, and can damage the interior cavity. If you see arcing, press the Cancel/Off pad and correct the problem.
- Metal or foil touching the side of the oven
- Using metal utensils or improper placement of the metal rack on the shelf supports.
