Spacemaker Washers - Base Cover Kit

Portable and stationary spacemaker washers have a cover (called a Base Cover Kit) that protects components underneath the washer. Due to the way the washer is protected and shipped, the cover is shipped uninstalled. It is shipped on top of the washer, nestled in the top styrofoam (EPS) packing tray. The base cover slides into grooves on the bottom of the unit to cover the opening in the base.

To Install:

• Tilt the front end of the unit up and lie the back of the washer on the floor.
• Slide the base cover into the open slot on the base. The cover will clip in.
• Secure the base cover by screwing into the base.
• Bring the washer upright to finish installation.
