Zoneline - Installing in Warehouse, Factory, or Loading Dock

Can I install a Zoneline PTAC (through the wall) unit between an office space and a warehouse or loading dock?

 

If the interior of the Zoneline is in the office and the exterior of the Zoneline is in the warehouse, factory, loading dock, etc., then this is an acceptable installation if:

• The exterior space is not already temperature controlled. 
• Condensate water is collected on drained. The unit will drain out the back of the unit (during cooling and Heat Pump defrost cycles). The water will need to be collected or routed somewhere so that it does not leave a puddle on the floor.
