Bottom Freezer Refrigerator - Freezer Drawer Opening Crooked
If the freezer drawer is wobbling, crooked or uneven when it is opened, this called "racking" and is normal. This racking is an advantage when the freezer drawer closes, allowing the gasket on the freezer drawer better flexibility to seal against the refrigerator cabinet.
This most often occurs when one side of the handle is pulled order to open the drawer. To prevent racking, we recommend opening the freezer drawer by pulling straight out from the center of the door handle.
