Opal Ice Maker - Product Specifications
Traditional ice makers freeze water into a hard ice cube. Opal nugget ice is made by scraping the ice flakes off the inside of a chilled stainless steel cylinder. The flakes are pushed through a round hole, compacting them into chewable nuggets similar to a snowball. This design creates a plenty of chewable, crunchable, craveable pellet ice that is ready fast, cools drinks quickly and is perfect for fun ice snacking.
