Top Load Washer - Delay Wash

Some Top Load Washer models offer a Delay Wash feature. These models typically feature a control panel with capacitive touch controls. On Top Load Washers with a Delay Wash feature, the wash cycle can be programmed to start in a set amount of hours. For example, if you want to load the Washer but want it to start after your child's naptime, then Delay Start will let you set it to start later.

Using the Delay Wash Feature on a Top Load Washer

When the Delay Wash button is repeatedly pressed, the delay time is set from 1 (01H) to 9 (09H) hours or back to clear (00H) hours. If you press and hold the Delay Wash button for 3 seconds, it will immediately reset.

You simply set the wash cycle and options, then set the Delay Wash time, then press Start. The wash cycle will automatically start once the Delay Wash time has elapsed.
