GE Appliances Account - Editing / Updating Address

Whether you are editing your existing address information or adding a new address to your GE Appliances Account, first log into your Account and click on Account Details. Under Address Information, you will see the following options:
  • Edit Nickname (if you have a primary address listed)
  • Remove Address (This will display if no primary address has been selected.)
  • Set a Primary (This will display if no primary address has been selected.)
  • Add Address
If you need to update or edit the address listed in your account due to a move or an error, follow the instructions below.
 

Step 1: Add Your Correct Address

  1. Click Add Address.
  2. Fill out the address fields.
  3. Primary Address box:
    • If you are just adding a second address, do not click the "Make this my primary address" box.
    • If you have not already specified a primary address, click the "Make this my primary address" box.
    • If you already have a primary address in your account but are changing it, clicking the "Make this my primary address" box will switch an existing primary address to the new one.
  4. Click Add Address.

Step 2: Move Listed Products to the Correct Address

If you have registered products at the address you want to remove and these products need to be listed at a new or corrected address, follow these instructions:
 
  1. Navigate to the My Products page.
  2. Click on the appliance you want to move.
  3. Scroll down to edit the location.
  4. Select the new address that you want to move the product to.
  5. Do this before deleting the old address.

Step 3: Remove a Previous or Incorrect Address

Only a non-primary address can be removed. If you need to remove your primary address, you must first add a new address.
 
  1. Click Remove Address under your "Additional Address".
  2. A "Delete Address" pop-up box will appear; hit “Delete”.
