Slide-In Range - No Overhang or Overlap

Starting in September of 2017, we are offering Electric, Gas and Dual-Fuel Front Control Slide-In Ranges with no overhang, an edge-to-edge cooking surface and color matched finished sides.

No Overhanging or Overlapping Cooktop

• Simplifies installation, especially with a countertop height that is less than or more than 36".

• Can be easily installed with countertops that have beveled edges.

• Offers a better fit and appearance with ADA countertops which are usually 34" High.

• An optional color-matched accessory Slide-In Range Filler Kit, such as JXFILLR1BB, JXFILLR1SS or JXFILLR1DD, is available to purchase on our GE Appliances Parts & Accessories website, if needed.

Edge-to-Edge Cooktop

• Provides a large, seamless cooking surface.

• By eliminating the lip around the cooktop, the large surface now spans the entire cooktop.

• On Gas and Dual-Fuel models, this allows for more flexibility in the size of cookware you can use as well as makes it easy to move cookware from one burner to another.

Finished Sides

• Features color-matched finished sides. For Stainless, including Fingerprint Resistant Stainless, Black Stainless, Slate and Black Slate, the sides are dark gray.

• This means there is no added cost for optional side panels.
