Vent Hood & Duct Cover Plastic Film

Vent hoods and duct cover accessories are shipped with a protective film. The film can sometimes look like part of the hood or cover, and look more like a coated stainless or some type of powder coating. This film should be removed.

Any residue should be removed with mild dish detergent and a clean, damp cloth.
