Dishwasher - Condensate Dry

Condensate Dry is an energy-efficient drying system featured on some dishwasher models.

Understanding the Condensate Dry Feature on a Dishwasher

With this drying system design, condensation will form on cooler surfaces in a warm humid environment. At the end of a cycle, while the dish load is still hot, the stainless steel tub walls are already cooling down and pulling condensation to form on the tub walls instead of the dishes. This provides natural air drying of the dish load. The use of a rinse agent ensures spot and film protection for dishes and assists the drying process.

This design can be found on ADA-compliant models such as PDT145 and GDT225.
