Air Conditioners - Installing in Warehouse, Factory, or Loading Dock

If the interior of the window or built-in air conditioner is in an office and the exterior is in a warehouse, factory, loading dock, etc., here are some things to consider:

 

• All the heat and moisture being removed from the inside of this office building will be exhausted by the ACs into the warehouse space.
• Depending on the conditions in the warehouse, you should be prepared to experience elevated temperatures and dampness at the rear of the units. You can also experience dripping water from the units onto the floor.
