Dishwasher - 999 Error Code Appears in Display

If a 999 Error Code appears in the display on the control panel for any of the following dishwasher models, the control will need to be reset. You may also see the display flashing if this occurs. If this error occurs, the dishwasher won't start or run.

  • GDT225SGLWW

  • GDT225SSLSS

  • PDT145SGLBB

  • PDT145SGLWW

  • PDT145SSLSS

  • ZDT165SILII

  • ZDT165SSLSS

 

To clear the code:

  1. Simultaneously press and hold down the Cycle Select and Start pads for 5 seconds or until the 999 code goes away.

    • A blank display or another number appearing in the display is acceptable.

  2. Press ANY button to complete the reset process. 130 or another cycle time may appear in the display.

  3. The unit will now be ready to use and will function normally.
