Wall Oven & Ranges - Setting Convection Bake or Roast with "Convect" Pad

On ranges and wall ovens with a Convect pad, you have the option to use Convection Bake or Convection Roast.
 
To use:
  1. Press Convect
  2. On the display, you will see the Convection menu:
    1. Bake 
    2. Broil
  3. Press the number pad to choose Bake or Roast.
  4. Set the temperature
  5. Press Start
