Air Conditioner & Dehumidifier - MERV Rating

The filter on the unit is designed to the keep the unit clean; it is not designed to improve the quality of the air. MERV ratings relate to filters that are designed to improve air quality, so we don't have MERV ratings for our air conditioners or dehumidifiers.

 

Only the filter that comes with the air conditioner or the dehumidifier should be used. Do not substitute a MERV rated filter for the one specified for your air conditioner/dehumidifier.
